The following dialog is for questions 17 to 20.
Ivan: You look very tired, Mom. You must have worked hard at home all day long.
Mrs. Ella: Yes. Our maid returns home as her mother is sick.
Ivan: How long will she stay there?
Mrs. Ella: She told me that she will be staying there for at least three days.
Ivan: I see. What can I do for you, Mom?
Mrs. Ella: Please wash the dishes, dear. I am going to iron these clothes.
Ivan: O.K., Mom. Anyway, why don't you go to the laundry for ironing?
Mrs. Ella: No. I will do it myself. Occasionally we need to do housework by ourselves.
Ivan: You're right, Mom.
What does Mrs. Ella possibly do?

What has one billion users and doubles as the second largest search engine on the Internet? The answer is YouTube. This search engine has been an incredible tool for most businesses. Unfortunately, not many businesses make use of it. I want to share why YouTube is such an significant patform for your brand.
It is said that YouTube is the second largest search engine, while its parent company Google is the first. Do you know what it means? It means Google gives search engine priority to YouTube videos. Try to search for a "how to" on Google, then the results come back with several videos related to the "how to". The videos may have even been the first results on the page even though some of these videos date back several years, to 2011 and before!
Even without relying on Google, your chance of getting discovered on YouTube alone is very high. By using the right keywords for your videos (actual phrases that your customers will use to locate your content), you can increase the odds of discovery.
Furthermore, you can use YouTube to keep the audience's attention. Ultimately, you can turn your audience from leads into customers by building trust. Consequently, you need to also provide something valuable to your audience so that they remain interested in what you have to say. That value could be a how-to, a product demo, or a freebie found on your site.
Based on the arguments above, I believe that YouTube is beneficial to promote and expand your businesses. So, what are you waiting for? Make one now.

A Review on Tenggelamnya Kapal van der Wijck
Tenggelamnya Kapal Vtm der Wijck Social Function: (The Sinking of the Van der Wijck) To critique artworks is a 2013 Indonesian romantic (films, novels, songs, drama film directed by Sunil Soraya TV shows or movies) and written by Imam Tantowi and for a public audience Dhony Dirgantoro. The film casts Pevita Pearce, Herjunot Ali and Reza Rahadian as the main leads. The movie is based on Hamka's novel, Tenggelamnya Kapal van der Wijck (1939), and it was released at theaters on 19 December 2013. The film takes the theme of love and culturalr conflict in 1930s.
Social function: To critique artworks (films, novels, songs, TV shows or movies) for a public audience.
The story begins when Zainuddin (Herjunot Ali), a young man of Minang descent who has lived and grown up in Makassar, goes to Batipuh, Tanah Datar, West Sumatra, to visit his father's birthplace and deepen his spirituality. Zainuddin's arrival is not welcomed by the 4. villagers due to his family background. Zainuddin's father who came from Minang married his mother who came from Bugis, Makassar. Minang people still held to the maternal lineage firmly. However, Zainuddin determinedly decides to stay in Batipuh and he is more determined after meeting .. a beautiful girl named Hayati (Pevita Pearce). This triggers violent obstacles from the villagers and Zainuddin is forced to leave Batipuh. Before leaving, Zainuddin and Hayati promise to love each other and Hayati promises to wait for Zainudin.
The problem becomes worse when Hayati is proposed to by a wealthy man of pure Minang descent, Aziz (Reza Rahadian). Forced by her family, Hayati accepts the proposal, breaking her promise to Zainuddin. Feeling broken-hearted, Zainuddin leaves Minang and ventures to Java Island. With his talent as a writer, Zainuddin gains fame as well as fortune. Meanwhile, destiny makes Zainudin and Hayati meet once again. At a book-launching, Zainuddin meets Hayati as Aziz's wife.
This time, the wheel of fortune turns around. Aziz loses his money and properties due to gambling. Aziz and Hayati come to Zainuddin's big house to borrow some money and ask for a temporary shelter. Zainudin grants the request. Feeling ashamed, Aziz commits suicide and gives up on Hayati. Although Zainudin loves Hayati, he rejects her because Hayati had broken their promise. Zainudin sends her back to Padang on a royal ship, the Vtm der Wijck. Unfortunately, on the way to Padang, the ship sinks together with Hayati, leaving Zainuddin with the pain of Hayati's death. Zainudin continues living in deep remorse.
Language elements:
Unlike the novel, the screen of Tenggelamnya Kapal Vtm der fails to dig deeper on the morals. The film merely expresses a universal lesson. It's a story of a man who to achieve success from his failure and sorrow. In the novel, Buya Hamka criticised a lot about the Minang customs and tradition. The film lacks of criticism about Minang old customs and tradition.
Despite the shallowness Minang customs in the movie, Herjunot Ali succeeded in play role of Zainudin. His performance as charming as that in Di Bawah Lindungan Ka'bah, a similar theme film by the same author.
Overall, Tenggelamnya Kapaz l Van summation der Wijck is an excellent Indonesian film. The movie portrays the scenic panorama of Minang Land. The sweet original soundtrack from Nidji, such as "Nelangsa" and "Terusir", make the film unforgettable. This is a worthwhile film to see.

Pros and Cons on Video Games

Nowadays, the video game industries are developing rapidly. They have become multi-billion dollar industries. Video games have become an important part not only of children's lives but also of adults'. Nevertheless, there are some arguments whether video games have a good or a bad influence on children.
People who believe in the good influence of video games say that video games kill children's boredom and refresh their minds after a tiring school day. These games encourage children to be more creative because the games challenge children to win. The games sharpen their brains.
On the other hand, video games discourage children from studying. They find it hard to concentrate on their studies because the games they play are on their minds during school. Some children even skip ther extracurricular activities to play games.
In addition, video games too often expose children to violence. Two years ago, a student in the U.S.A. shot his teacher and some of his friends. Newspapers said that the boy was deeply influenced by violence in video games he used to play.
It is obvious that video games have many more disadvantages than advantages. So, parents should be careful in selecting appropriate games for their children.

CUT NYAK DHIEN

Cut Nyak Dhien was a leader of the Acehnese guerrilla forces during the Aceh War. She was born in Lampadang in 1848. Following the death of her husband Teuku Umar, she led guerrilla actions against the Dutch for 25 years. She was awarded the title of Indonesian National Hero on 2 May 1964 by the Indonesian government.
Cut Nyak Dhien was born into an Islamic aristocratic family in Aceh Besar. Her father, Teuku Nanta Setia, was a member of the ruling Ulèë Balang aristocratic class in VI mukim, and her mother was also from an aristocratic family. She was educated in religion and household matters. She was renowned for her beauty, and many men proposed to marry her. Finally, she married Teuku Cik Ibrahim Lamnga, the son of an aristocratic family, when she was twelve.
On 26 March 1873, the Dutch declared war on Aceh. In November 1873, during the Second Aceh Expedition, the Dutch successfully captured VI mukim in 1873, followed by the Sultan’s Palace in 1874. In 1875, Cut Nyak Dhien and her baby, along with other mothers, were evacuated to a safer location while her husband Ibrahim Lamnga fought to reclaim VI mukim. Lamnga died in action on June 29, 1878. Hearing this, Cut Nyak Dhien was enraged and swore to destroy the Dutch.
Some time later, Teuku Umar proposed to marry her. Learning that Teuku Umar would allow her to fight, she accepted his proposal. They were married in 1880. This greatly boosted the morale of Aceh armies in their fight against Dutch. Teuku Umar and Cut Nyak Dhien had a daughter, Cut Gambang.
The war continued, and the Acehnese declared Holy War against the Dutch, and were engaged in guerrilla warfare. Undersupplied, Teuku Umar surrendered to the Dutch forces on September 30, 1893 along with 250 of his men. The Dutch army welcomed him and appointed him as a commander, giving him the title of Teuku Umar Johan Pahlawan. However, Teuku Umar secretly planned to betray the Dutch. Two years later Teuku Umar set out to assault Aceh, but he instead deserted with his troops taking with them heavy equipment, weapons, and ammunition, using these supplies to help the Acehnese. This is recorded in Dutch history as “Het verraad van Teukoe Oemar” (the treason of Teuku Umar).
The Dutch general Johannes Benedictus van Heutsz sent a spy to Aceh. Teuku Umar was killed during a battle when the Dutch launched a surprise attack on him in Meulaboh. When Cut Gambang cried over his death, Cut Nyak Dhien slapped her and then she hugged her and said: “As Acehnese women, we may not shed tears for those who have been martyred.”
After her husband died, Cut Nyak Dhien continued to resist the Dutch with her small army until its destruction in 1901, as the Dutch adapted their tactics to the situation in Aceh. Furthermore, Cut Nyak Dhien suffered from nearsightedness and arthritis as she got older. The number of her troops was also decreasing and they suffered from lack of supplies.
One of her troops, Pang Laot, told the Dutch the location of her headquarters in Beutong Le Sageu. The Dutch attacked, catching Dhien and her troops by surprise. Despite desperately fighting back, Dhien was captured. Her daughter, Cut Gambang, escaped and continued the resistance. Dhien was brought to Banda Aceh and her myopia and arthritis slowly healed, but in the end she was exiled to Sumedang, West Java because the Dutch were afraid she would mobilize the resistance of Aceh people. She died on 6 November 1908.
