In the past, there was a kingdom in West Java namely Kutatanggeuhan who had a very generous kind and a very kind queen.The King and Queen of Kutatanggeuhan could not have a heir and the made the Queen very sad.One day, a hermit agreed to help the King and Queen of Kutatanggeuhan. He prayed for the Queen and soon the Queen got pregnant. Nine months later a princess was born and everyone was happy. However, the princess grew into a spoiled young lady because she always got what she wanted. She spoke as she pleased without thinking how others would feel. Before the Princess 17th birthday, People all over the kingdom gave many presents for the princess. They gave gold, jewels and precious gemstones. The King picked some of the best gemstones and gave them to a very skilled royal crafter. He told the crafter to make the most beautiful necklace for the Princes On the Princess birthday, the King presented his gift to the Princess. “This magnificent necklace is a gift from me for you. The precious gemstones on it are the gift from our people as a prove that they loved you as much as we do” said the king. The princess had a good look the necklace and quickly shook her head. “I don’t like this ugly necklace” she grabbed the necklace and threw it away. Everyone was startled. Everyone was shocked. No one knew the Princess could say and do such a horrible thing. Silence fell for a good long moment. Suddenly, a cry burst out from the Queen. Her heart broke seeing the Princess behaviour. Then, everyone else started crying too. No one could stop. The tears went on and on until finally Kutatanggeuhan Kingdom were drown with tears and turned into a lake called Lake Warna or Telaga Warna. People believed that the beautiful colors radiating from the lake was from the scattered pieces of Princess necklace. The above story teaches children to ….

Raja dan Ratu selalu menuruti sang Putri sehingga ia tumbuh menjadi gadis manja yang suka berkata seenaknya tanpa memikirkan perasaan orang lain. Ia pun berkata kasar kepada ayah ibunya di depan seluruh rakyat yang telah bersusah payah memberikan hadiah terbaik untuknya. Ia tidak menjaga perkataannya sehingga menyakiti hati semua orang. Dari kisah ini banyak pelajaran yang dapat dipetik. Kita harus mengajarkan sopan santun dan rasa syukur kepada anak-anak agar ketika remaja mereka tahu betapa pentingnya menjaga tutur kata dan bersikap baik serta sopan kepada orang lain. Jadi, jawaban yang sesuai adalah B.
