How to Make Special Fried Rice Ingredients • 2 tbsp vegetable oil • 1 tbsp sesame oil (optional) • 1 clove garlic, chopped • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped • 2 free-range eggs • 225g/8oz pre-cooked chilled long grain rice • 3 spring onions, finely chopped • 100g/3 ½ oz frozen peas, thawed and drained • 50g/ 1 ¾ oz cooked chicken, diced • salt and pepper Method 1.
