The Importance of Breakfast

Why is it important "Breakfast like a king, Lunch like a Prince, and Dine like a Pauper" it's a well known phrase, but have we followed it? I think it's time to make a change in our lives. Everybody needs breakfast. Here I mention some reasons why we should have breakfast before we start our day.
