Hay Fever can occur all year round but it is traditionally worse in the spring months when the pollen count in the air is high. Hay fever is a common name for allergic rhinitis-meaning an allergy in the rose. The allergic reaction causes the nasal passages to become inflamed and produce more mucous. Some of the common symptoms are: sneezing; runny or stuffy nose; itchy ears; nose and throat; red, itchy, and watery eyes, and sometimes headaches.
