Pada langkah pertama, diinstruksikan bahwa kalian terlebih dahulu menumis bawang, bawang putih, seledri dan paprika hijau dalam minyak panas dan margarin selama 3 menit. Setelah itu kalian baru dapat memasukkan potongan jamur dan menumisnya sekitar 3 menit lebih. Maka kalian baru dapat memasukkan potongan jamur setelah “frying onions, garlic, celery & green pepper”.
