Take a big container to mix all somay ingredients. Add flour, beaten eggs, salt and pepper to that meat mixture. Mix it well using wooden spoon. Spoon 2 teaspoon of mix and location in the middle of wonton skin. Form as many shapes you want. Repeat all the same steps until all the dough/wonton skins are consumed. Steam for 1-2 hours. Peanut Sauce : Heat the oil in a sauce pan. Saute garlic, pecan, chili and salt. Blend that with somne packages of peanut sauce. Add some water to make it less thick. Siomay:

  • 300 minced chicken breast fillet

  • 30 g pecan
  • 4 cloves garlic fries
  • 25 red chilies steamed
  • 200 gr peanut sauce (packaged)    
  • Water
  • Ketchup
  • Sweet soy sauce
  • Lime
