Frozen Fruit and Yogurt Pops

Ingredients: 1 cup of strawberry yoghurt, 1 cup of orange juice, and 1 ½ cup of raspberry juice.

Equipment: measuring cups, 8 paper cups, tablespoon, aluminium foil, and 8 popsicle sticks
 

How to make it:

1. Set paper cups on a work surface. Spoon an equal amount of yoghurt into each cup and press down with spoon to fill the bottom evenly. Cover each cup with a square of aluminium foil, pressing it firmly around the sides. Poke a popsicle stick through each foil cover, pushing it into the middle of the yoghurt. Put the cups in the freezer about forty minutes.
    
2. Remove the cups from the freezer. Carefully lift off the foil, but leave the sticks in place. Pour an equal amount of orange juice into each cup. Cover, return the cups to the freezer and freeze about forty minutes. Repeat the procedure with the raspberry juice. Freeze until solid, about four hours or for as long as overnight.
    
3. To serve, remove the foil and peel away the paper cups.
