    I often eat snacks while studying or simply reading a newspaper or magazine. Occasionally, I make my own snacks, such as crispy oyster mushrooms, fried fench fries, fried bananas, or fried tempeh, Mom always provides materia that I can use to make snacks, in a refrigerator. This time I'd like to share how to make espy oyster mushrooms. I like making the snack since the ingredients and steps are simple. You can try to make it at home.

    First, prepare the ingredients. There are one hundred grams of oyster mushrooms, two hundred andfifty grams of rice flour, salt,coriander, cooking oil, and a clove of garlic. We also need boiled water to makebatter and paper towel to drain the snacks.

   Now, wash the oyster mushrooms, tear them into bite-sized pices and dain. Then, grind the gale well with sale and coriander.After tat put the rice Nour ina bow a enough bold water and the ground spices.Mix well but not too watery. Next, dip the oyster mushrooms into th batter and coat them well.

   After that, heat the cooking olin fying pan. Deep fry the cated mushrooms until golden brown and drain on the paper towel. Follow this step forall coated mushrooms. Serve the crispy oyster mushrooms on a plate and enjoy. I usually eat these crispy oyster mushrooms with chili sauce.

Crispy Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients:
100 grams oyster mushrooms
250 grams ree four
Salt
Cariander
Cooking oil
A clove of garlic
Boiled water
Paper towels

Steps:
1.Wash the oyster mushrooms.tear them into bite-sized pieces, and dain.
2.Grind the garlic well with salt and corriander.
3.Put the rice flour in a bowl, add enough boiled water and the ground spieces. Mix well but not too watery.
4.Dip the oyster mushrooms into the batter and coat them well
5.Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan.
6.Deep fry the coated mushrooms until golden brown and drain on the paper towel.Follow this step for all coated mushrooms.
7.Serve the crispy oyster mushrooms on a plate and enjoy them with chili sauce.
