Mix everything thoroughly and work in the marinade for 3-5 minutes Cover and refrigerate for at last 12 hours. If your meat is thicker, marinate for 24 hours. Preheat a pan with some vegetables oil. Cook both sides of the meat on bbc or pan-fry on medium to high heat until the chicken is cooked through and browned. Serve on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds to garnish (optional). You can enjoy it with a bowl of rice or make sam (wrapping a pieces of meat with a day of ssamjang (lettuce wrap sauce) in leaf lettuce). Serve for two.
