How to Make Simple Fried Rice
 

Ingredients:

- A bowl of white rice
- An egg
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cloves shallots
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- Half a cup diced chicken slices
- Red chilies
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 sausage, sliced
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 slices cucumber

Steps:

First blend garlics, shallots, chilies, and salt until smooth. Then heat cooking oil on pan. Add the blended ingredients and sauté for a while. Next crack an egg on pan, stir it for seconds. Next add rice and sweet soy sauce. Stir well. After that add sliced chicken and sausage. Stir well again. Then turn off the stove and move the rice to the plat.  Finally add the slices of cucumber and tomato. Serve while hot.
