Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

10 large blueberry
1 banana
2 tsp sugar
1/2 glass of water
milk or yogurt (optional)
ice cubes

Steps:

First, Slice the fruits.
Then, put them into a blender.
Next, pour water, sugar, and ice cubes.
If you like it creamy you may add milk, or add yogurt if you prefer sour taste.
After that, blend them for about 2 or 3 minutes.
And the last pour into the glass, add a straw and the juice is ready to drink.
