My Dear Mum,

    I haven't heard from you for a while. Since you were hospitalized, I have always been very worried about your condition. You must realize that now only Dad can take care of you. That's why I want you to send me messages or give me a call to make sure you are fine.

    Anyway, I would like to let you know that I have done well in my final examination. Mom, I am sure that you will be very happy to know that I have been nominated to be granted a scholarship. In the next two weeks, I have to fulfill some administrative requirements and come to the interview session. I will do my best to make you proud. After that, I'm planning to come home to see you, Mum.
