    I often eat snacks while studying or simply reading a newspaper or magazine. Occasionally, I make my own snacks, such as crispy oyster mushrooms, fried french fries, fried bananas, or fried tempeh. Mom always provides materials that I can use to make snacks in a refrigerator. This time I'd like to share how to make crispy oyster mushrooms. I like making the snacks since the ingredients and steps are simple. You can try to make it at home.

    First, prepare the ingredients. There are one hundred grams of oyster mushrooms, two hundred and fifty grams of rice flour, salt, coriander, cooking oil and a clove of garlic. We also need boiled water to make batter and paper towels to drain the snacks.

    Now, wash the oyster mushrooms, tear them into bite-sized pieces, and drain. Then, grind the garlic well with salt and coriander. After that, put the rice flour in a bowl, add enough boiled water and the ground spices. Mix well but not too watery. Next, dip the oyster mushrooms into the batter and coat them well. After that, heat the cooking oil in a frying pan. Deep fry the coated mushrooms until golden brown and drain on the paper towels. Follow this step for all coated mushrooms. Serve the crispy oyster mushrooms on a plate and enjoy. I usually eat these crispy oyster mushrooms with chili sauce.

Crispy Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients:

• 100 grams oyster mushrooms
• 250 grams rice flour
• Salt
• Coriander
• Cooking oil
• A clove of garlic
• Boiled water
• Paper towels

Steps:

1. Wash the oyster mushrooms, tear them into bite-sized pieces, and drain.
2. Grind the garlic well with salt and corriander.
3. Put the rice flour in a bowl, add enough boiled water and the ground spices. Mix well but not too watery.
4. Dip the oyster mushrooms into the batter and coat them well.
5. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan.
6. Deep fry the coated mushrooms until golden brown and drain on the paper towels. Follow this step for  all coated mushrooms.
7. Serve the crispy oyster mushrooms on a plate and enjoy them with chili sauce.
