- When an interviewer asks questions about your weaknesses, you should be honest about weaknesses that will not have a bad impact on the job. You should let the interviewer know about your plans to overcome the weaknesses. It gives the impression that you want to learn and grow in your job.
- Preparation is very important so you should practice the interview in advance.
