Dear Mr. Hans,

We wish to express our concern regarding the bathroom facilities in Green Park. Because of the park's convenient location, our neighborhood children spend many hours after school playing on the playground equipment. Although we ask them to come home to use bathroom, they sometimes use the park bathroom.

Some of us visited the facilities this morning and were horrified to see their condition. Vandals have broken the toilet, leaving a gaping hole over exposed sewer.
