Dear Readers,
We know that it is important to have a healthy mind. In my opinion, one way to keep our mind healthy is giving up watching TV. I think that few TV channels give us good programmes and the rest of them just broadcast rubbish commercial programmes. Because there are too many channels on TV, it is really difficult for us to really get excited by TV. For all 24 hours every day, we have endless channels. Consequently, the quality of the programmes has suffered.
So what should we do in our leisure time? I strongly believe that meeting people is more exciting. Interaction with our friends and family will lead us to a healthier mind. We will learn a lot when interacting with people. When we want to be alone, reading books is healthier than watching TV.
