McAdoo who is homeless was arrested in charge after bringing a steak knife to rob a bank in Reno where he made off with more than $2.000.
In court filings McAdoo's lawyer says quote in large part Mr. McAdoo simply wanted to get out of the cold and return to prison. McAdoo's entire adult life has been one of crime including five robbery convictions, assault with the intent to murder and intent to commit rape.
FBI agents investigating the Nov. 9, 2016 robbery at a downtown bank found McAdoo hours later eating lunch at a nearby casino and asked him what he did for a living McAdoo responded quote I rob banks.
