Our Big New House

    We have just bought a new house. The house is big. It has a large garden at the back and a small pool in it. The rooms are big. And there are beautiful pictures on the walls. One big picture in every room.

    Anyhow, the house was not this beautiful when we first bought it. The walls were cracked. The garden was full of shrubs. The pool was dry and dirty. There were holes in the roofs. The doors and windows were broken. We decorated the whole house painfully.

    We worked hard on the floor and the roofs. We fixed the doors and windows. We cleaned the pool and cut off all the shrubs.  Out hard work shows its beauty now, a sparkling beautiful home to live in.
