Don't Stop Nagging Me

    I have a nagging mother, the most nagging in the world. It always starts in the morning when she keeps knocking at my door, "Wake up, sleepy head. It's morning, time to get up."

    Then there is time at the breakfast table, "Eat your vegetables and drink your milk, they are good for you."

    Then, before school time, "Don't forget to bring your lunch box."

    My lunch box? She doesn't know my pals. We don't eat out of lunch box, man.

    After school time it's getting worse, "Have your lunch fast, clear your table, do your homework, don't play before it's finished."

    And on and on until bedtime, I will have her last instruction for the day, "Turn off the lights, go to bed, it's late already."

    The funny thing is, I never can sleep a wink if she ever forgets her goodnights.
