On the Sunday morning, Desi was at the Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) station. She wanted to go to her friend's house. She saw an old woman who got difficulty in entering the portal in the MRT station. Unfortunately, there were no officers who stood by around the portal. Desi approached the old woman.
"What happened, Ma'am? Do you get any difficulties tapping your electronic cash card?" asked Desi.
"I don't know, my card doesn't work on this portal." replied the old woman.
"You may use mine. After this you can go to the counter to fix your card." said Desi.
"Oh, thank you so much for your kindness," said the old woman.
"It's not a big deal, Ma'am. Now let me accompany you to the counter over there to fix your card, " said Desi.
