Petunjuk pada soal ini adalah menyusun kembali kalimat-kalimat tersebut menjadi paragraf yang benar. Paragraf di atas termasuk ke dalam jenis" Recount Text ", yaitu teks yang menceritakan pengalaman atau kejadian yang telah terjadi di masa lampau. Untuk membuat Recount Text terdapat tiga struktur, yaitu Introduction (pengenalan), Event (peristiwa), dan Reorientation (kesimpulan). Untuk menyusun kalimat di atas menjadi paragraf yang benar maka kita dapat urutkan berdasarkan struktur sebagai berikut: Introduction : We went on picnic on the beach last Sunday. (3) We had to take food and drink. (4) Event : First we prepared the food. (1) While we were preparing the food, Father was checking the car. (2) Next came the drink .
