First, we went to Magelang and visited Borobudur Temple. We went there on Saturday morning by bus. We left our school at seven o’clock. It took us 12 hours to arrive there. Along the road, we saw beautiful scenery and many traditional houses. We arrived in Magelang at 7 pm and stayed in a hotel there. After staying one night at the hotel, we had breakfast together and prepared to go to Borobudur temple. My teacher bought the tickets for us. After we got the ticket, we entered into Borobudur temple area. It was hot when we got there so some of us took umbrellas to keep our skin from the sunlight. Then we went up to the top of the temple and took some pictures. I was so surprised to see the Borobudur temple and never thought that it was so big and the view from the top was so beautiful. The tour guide said that Borobudur temple was built at Budur Village, Magelang, Jawa Tengah by Syailendra Dynasty. Borobudur Temple is the biggest and the most famous temple in the world. It has 504 statues and 1.400 reliefs.From the top of the temple we can seesuch a beautiful scenery. After taking some photos, we went around the temple together. We saw many tourists not also from Indonesia but also from another countries. Finally, after having some visits, we bought some handicrafts and traditional snacks there. On our way to hotel, we have lunch together in a restaurant. After that we went back to the hotel to stay and continue our study tour to Prambanan temple the next day. We arrived at the hotel around 5 pm. We felt so tired that day but we also felt so happy because we could visit Borobudur temple which is well-known as one of the greatest legacies Indonesia has ever had.
