Read the text to answer questions number 1 – 5 My name is Marco, I am 14 years old. Last month, my father took me to go fishing with him at the river on Saturday morning. The river is about 15 kilometers from our house. After having breakfast at home, we left home by motorcycle at 6 am. We brought the fishing hook, bucket, drinks and some snacks in our bag. We arrived there at about 7 am. Then my father parked the motorcycle next to the hut. He asked me to collect some dry wood and dry leaves. After 30 minutes, I finished collecting dry wood and dry leaves. I saw my father trying to set a fire in the center of the fireplace. He told me that the smoke from the fire would scare some dangerous animals like bear, monkey, snake and boar to come closer to the hut, so it would make us safer. My father also asked me to clean some wild grass around the hut. After that my father gave me a hoe and I tried to dig the soil to find some worms. The worms were our bait to catch the fish. When I already got enough worms, I gave it to my father and we went straight to the river. We put the worm on the fishing hook and started fishing. Because it’s my first time going fishing, I couldn’t put the worm on the fishing hook well. I was afraid the bait would fall of the hook, but my father said that it was okay. I threw the fishing hook into the river and waited for the fish to eat the bait, but after about 30 minutes, there was nothing. I looked at my father and suddenly he laughed and told me that he got a fish. I saw the fish, it’s quite big and the color is red. Then my father put the fish into a bucket. After an hour, I was about to get bored and felt sleepy. Then I drank a bottle of soda and ate some snacks while waiting for the fish. Suddenly, I saw a big prawn was slowly walking in the river. I threw my fishing hook into the face of the prawn and moved it up and down to take the prawn’s attention. I thought that the prawn ignored the bait but suddenly the prawn moved and grabbed the bait. I lifted it slowly and the prawn was still there hanging on the bait until I placed it on the ground and I caught it with my hands. My father was so surprised to see it and he said that I was so lucky to get that big prawn. Before we went home, we cooked it at the hut and enjoyed it together, but for the fish that my father got before, we brought it home and my mom cooked it for dinner. Why did his father ask him to clean the wild grass?
