Some students in senior high school often complain about their duties and responsibilities for passing final exam and competing to enter their favorite campus. It becomes worse for the fact that they think those things are difficult enough to handle. This situation can lead them to “stress” or mental pressure. However, not all parents or elder people notice this matter while it can be the serious problem.
There are two main reasons why “stress among students” becomes a serious problem. The first and the most is that stress can affect their mental/emotional health. Believe it or not, this problem is more dangerous than physical problems. Why? Because it can guide them to the worst decision, committing suicide. All the things that make them stressful will keep on their mind, so their emotional health can be disturbed and feel various of diseases such as depression, anxiety, and so on.
The next serious reason is that stress can bother their academic performance. Once they have difficulties at concentrating during the class, they will have bad results of academic performance. It will continually happen and become worse time by time because they cannot manage their stress well. They let their stress dominate their mind.
For those reasons, there is no doubt that “stress among students” is a worrying case for all people surrounding them. We, as parents or elder people, should check their condition and make sure that they have no stress. If they have, we have to involve to resolve their difficulties and find the main cause of their stress. Thus, they won’t feel alone facing their problems.

Educators should create easier exams or tests in order to reduce students’ stress level.
Students should manage their stress before entering higher education.
People around students should be aware of their stressful situation and help them find the solution.
All people should let students face and solve their problems alone.
Students should check their mental health regularly and improve their academic performance.
