Pada awal dialog, ibunya Rangga mengatakan bahwa ia sedang sedikit pusing dengan mengatakan " yes. I am a bit dizzy ". Selanjutnya Rangga bertanya " by the way, have you taken medicines yet? " ("Omong-omong, apakah Ibu sudah minum obat?") yang selanjutnya diketahui bahwa ia belum minum obatsehingga Rangga mengatakan " I will go to the pharmacy and get the medicine for you, Mom. After that, I will water the plants and feed the pets. " ("Aku akan pergi ke apotek dan beli obatnya untukmu, Bu. Setelahnya, aku akan menyiram tanaman dan memberi makan hewan peliharaan"). Dari penjelasan di atas, dapat dilihat bahwa Rangga memprioritaskan obat untuk ibunya terlebih dahulu sebelum mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah. Jadi, jawabannya adalah Rangga is going to the pharmacy immediately before he waters the plants and feeds the pets.
