Pertanyaan

Once upon a time, colors on the earth quarreled. All claimed that each of the color was the best and useful. The green said, "I am the most important color. I am the symbol of life and hope. I am chosen by the paddies, the grasses and the trees. Without me, all creatures will die." The blue stated, "Don't only think about the earth. Look at the blue sky and the ocean. The sky brings us space and peace, and water is the source of life." The yellow chimed in, "Ah, you are no fun! I bring happiness and warmness on the earth. The sun is yellow, and so is the moon. Without my existence, there will be no joy in life, and darkness there would be…” The orange didn't want to be left behind, then he said, "I am the symbol of health and power. I am trusted to serve humanity's needs, and I bring all the vitamins that are important in life. Just look at these vitamin-rich food! Carrots, pumpkins, oranges and papayas!” He smiled pridefully. "I am the symbol of strength and love. Without me the earth will be empty," the red replied, while the purple screamed, "I am the color of aristocrats and power. Kings and leaders choose me for their clothes and accessories!" Their fight became more interesting. Each of them didn't want to budge. Suddenly, the thunder and lightning came with heavy rain. Without hesitation, they got close to each other, looking for protection because they were terrified. Then the rain said, "Hey, colors! Don't fight! You know that each one of you are created for a purpose that is greater than yours, right? You are all unique. Your differences are what make you special. Now get closer and hold each other.” The colors did what the rain said. Ever since then, each color would hold each other’s hand and become one. The colours now symbolize a warning for us on earth. It is there to remind us that we all need to live together in peace because our differences are made to complete one another. What is the moral of the story?
