Jakarta. Six people, including two children, died from suffocation after being locked up in a tiny toilet with five other people by intruders at a house in Pulomas, East Jakarta, on Tuesday (27/12). Rumors are now circulating that the sadistic murder, first thought to be a robbery gone wrong, could have been a revenge murder. The intruders had apparently intended to attack Dodi Triono, 59, an architect who reportedly had won a big project to 41 revamp Gelora Bung Karno Stadium for the 2018 Asian Games. Dodi, who had come back to the house after the intruders took his daughters, their babysitters and his drivers hostage, was killed along with his two daughters, 16-year old Diona Arika Andra Putri and 9-year old Denianita Gemma Dzalfayla. The other three victims were Gemma's friend Amel and both drivers, Yanto and Tasrok. Five people were found still alive though in critical condition when neighbors smashed the toilet door to free them, including Dodi's 13-year old daughter Zanette Kalila. The injured victims are still in intensive care at Kartika Hospital in Pulomas, not far from the house where they were locked in for almost a day. Police say they are still investigating the motive behind the tragic murder. Reports now claim that robbery is out of the question, as the intruders had not taken anything of value from Dodi's luxury house. Indonesian Commission for Child Protection (KPAI) commissioner Erlinda Iswanto said she believed the real motive could have been revenge. "Three children were killed.
