Kita diminta untuk menulis pengumuman kepada para siswa di kelas kita menggunakan catatan yang sudah kita tulis. Dalam menulis pengumuman kita memakai pola Simple Present Tense. Pengumuman biasanya dibuka dengan kepada siapa pengumuman ditujukan, lalu isi pengumuman, selanjutnya ditutup dengan nama kita sebagai pembuat pengumuman. Berdasarkan catatan di atas, kita bisa menyusun pengumuman menjadi: To: All students Our school will hold a holiday trip to Borobudur Temple.
