    People are actually familiar with lizards. Lizards are included in the group of 3,800 scaly-skinned reptiles. They have no control of their body temperature. Therefore, lizards have no rely on the sun to get warm. This is the reason why they only live in warm regions and expose themselves to the sun every day. Another thing is that lizards can actually move in various ways. They can run, scamper, slither and some can even glide. However, their limbs protude sideways, unlike mammals' limbs protude downwards. Some lizards give birth to their newborn, but most lay eggs. However, a mother lizard sets her newborn free without protection, unlike mammals which nurture their babies. Additionally, most lizards are carnivore, since they eat insects and other small creatures.
