Berdasarkan kalimat “ The amount that your company has offered would not even allow doing the work myself, as the materials alone would cost almost $300 more than your estimate ” yang terdapat pada kalimat ke-2 di paragraf pertama, dapat diketahui bahwa jumlah uang yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan Mr. Green bahkan tidak mencukupi apabila Mr. Liverpool ingin memperbaikinya sendiri karena harga bahan materialnya lebih besar 300$ dari yang ditaksir dan pastinya Mr. Liverpool merasa sangat kecewa dengan jumlah tawaran yang terlalu rendah tersebut sehingga pilihan jawaban (D) adalah yang paling tepat.
