    I inhabit a small area in south-western Western Australia. My species was quite widespread·in Australia before European settlement but now we are endangered. I prefer areas of open woodland. I forage for my food in the mornings and afternoons. At night I sleep in hollow logs or under fallen timber. My body is about 25 centimeters long. My dushy tail is nearly as long as my body. I am covered in a reddish-brown coat with white stripes. My front legs are shorter then my back legs and I have small claws. My ears are short but my snout is long. I have a very long, sticky tongue for eating termites. I can eat over 1 0000 termites in one day. I am a marsupial mammal.

    I am a small mammal with a short tail and pointed ears. I live in burrows in the ground. Each burrow is the home of a single family. Compared tois small body, I have large sized ears. I am a weak and timid animal and is always surrounded by many enemies. Therefore nature has gifted me with large ears to help me to hear even the fun of drop sound. The large area of my ear catches almost every sound wave produced in the air and transfers them into the inner ear. This makes me to detect my enemies in time and run to safety zones.

    I have orange, black, and white stripes pattern. My front paws are large and strong to bring down prey. I am one of the most charismatic and evocative species on Earth. My front paws have five toes each. I am famous for my thick, orange-tawny coats, gleaming amber-gold eyes, black to rich brown stripes, and long, whip-like tail. On a hot day I love to swim. My pupils are round. My foot print is known as the pug mark. There are five toes on my forefeet and four on my hind feet. My night vision is six times greater than a humans. My canine teeth can grow up to three inches long and would be capable of crunching through the vertebrae of any creature on this earth. My tail is around four feet long or half the length of my body. The tail gives me extra balance when running. My fore limbs are more powerful than the hind limbs for grabbing large prey.
