Mr. Ardian Dewantara from Anugerah Group and Mrs. Jasmine Oktaria from PT Genesis will be the new Board of Directors of PT Genesis. All the transaction business will run as usual. We hope that the acquisition will not influenced customers conveniences sing our services. Maka dapat diketahui bahwa PT Genesis telah dibayarkan oleh Anugerah Group sehingga telah diakusisikan. Maka pernyataan yang tepat adalah “it was purchased by another company”.
