Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 10 large blueberry
• 1 banana
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1/2 glass of water
• milk or yogurt (optional)
• ice cubes

Steps:

• First, Slice the fruits.
• Then, put them into a blender.
• Next, pour water, sugar, and ice cubes.
• If you like it creamy you may add milk, or add yogurt if you prefer sour taste.
• After that, blend them for about 2 or 3 minutes.
• And the last pour into the glass, add a straw and the juice is ready to drink.
