Di dalam surat tersebut penulis mengatakan "Being a trainee has developed in me enthusiasm and a true passion for human resources and has subsequently convinced me that human resource management is my true calling" yang artinya "Menjadi peserta pelatihan telah mengembangkan dalam diri saya antusiasme dan semangat untuk sumber daya manusia dan kemudian meyakinkan saya bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah panggilan sejati saya".
