When you bought a washing machine:
1.    set the washing machine on a flat and firm floor,
2.    maintain more than 10 cm, between the side of the drain hose and the wall;

Follow these following instructions properly install it
1.    Connecting the Earth Wire
a.    Install the earth wire to prevent short-circuit due to leaking current and electric shock
b.    Connect it to the metal water pipe.
c.    Do not connect the earth wire to the gas pipe, lightning arrester, telephone connector, etc

2.    Connoetlng the Power Plug
a.    Check If the voltage setting of the washer matches the outlet voltage.
b.    Insert the power plug into the outlet.
c.     If an AC outlet with a ground terminal is used, grounding is not needed. If not, never forget earthing.
d.    The appliance must be positioned so that the plug is accessible.        
 
3.    Connecting the Drain Hose
a.    Push the clamp toward the body of the washing machine.
b.    Be sure to reroute the hose so that it is not kinked; kinks or sharp bending in the hose will prevent proper drainage.
c.     Make sure water is drained smoothly by placing a base under the machine or by applying other appropriate means.
