Indonesia has two seasons. There are the dry season and the wet season or rainy season. The dry season is from April to October. The wet season is from October to April. In the wet season, it rains a lot. In the dry season, it does not rain very much.

In the rainy season, the wells, the ditches, the rivers, and the ponds are full of water. In some piaces, people get floods. It is green everywhere.

In the dry season, the farmers are sad because there is not enough water for their paddy- fields and their fish-ponds.
