They compete against time to complete all of the works. It makes them love everything which is fast and instant. It is also applied in their eating habit. This "fast food lifestyle" raises a lot of controversy in the community. Some of them consider fast food as dangerous foods and others considere it as enjoyable food. There is also a healthy fast food, such as salads, grain bread, and lean meats. However fast food contains a lot of fat, sugar, oil, calories, and addictive substances. If it is consumed continuously, it will cause very dangerous diseases including heart disease, stroke, obesity, and many more.
