How to Sleep Well at Night People have many kinds of problems that may not be understood by other people who do not face the same problems. Seemingly, simple things like eating or sleeping ca n be a problem. For example, many people have trouble sleeping we ll at night. There are several tips which can make you sleep soundly at night. Having a tiring day out usually has a big impact on someone's sleeping time. He or she is more likely to sleep faster than usual. This is one of the ways to get into a deep sleep: having enough activities in your day. By getting your body to move around during the day, it helps you get drowsy. After doing so, it is better for you to keep to the same sleeping time and do so over again, every day. As a result, you schedule your sleeping and waking-up time. One harder way than that is doing exercise regularly. A person who exercises regularly tends to lessen the symptoms of insomnia. Other than that, ta king a nap is good for someone who lacks sleeping time, yet bad for someone who faces trouble sleeping at night. Scheduling a good nap time is also a determiner for good sleep at night. Those tips help people who have difficulty sleeping, so they not only get better sleep but also find decent sleep pattern. The tips involve how many activities someone does during the day, how consistent someone ca n be towards his or her sleeping and waking-up time, and how much nap-time someone has during the day 1. Halo Rayyan, kakak bantu jawab ya :) Jawaban soal ini adalah "C. The ways to get a decent sleep pattern". Pada soal ini kamu diminta menentukan main idea dari teks di atas. Teks di ata memiliki judul "How to sleep well at night" (Cara tidur yang baik di malam hari). Isinya berupa cara-cara/ tips untuk bisa tidur yang nyenyak di malam hari yang di sebutkan pada paragraf 2 yaitu having enough activities in your day (memiliki aktivitas yang cukup setiap hari), keep the same sleeping time (tidur di waktu tidur yang sama), excercise regularly (olahraga teratur), dan taking a nap (tidur siang). Dengan demikian, bisa disimpulkan bahwa ide utama dari soal di atas adalah cara-cara untuk mendapatkan pola tidur yang baik. Jadi, jawabannya adalah "C. The ways to get a decent sleep pattern".
