Ingredients:
• 2.3 kg of chicken thighs, deboned
• Salt
• Pepper
• Garlic powder
• Flour
• 2 eggs, beaten

1. Remove excess fat from the deboned chicken. Then batter each piece to flatten the sides.
2. Put the bread crumbs, garlic powder, flour, pepper and salt in a bowl. Mix with your hands. Coat each chicken piece with the mixture.
3. Dip the chicken into the egg batter.
4. Coat with bread crumbs.
5. Deep fry the chicken pieces when oil is hot.
6. Cut into slices and serve on a bed of lettuce or cabbage.
