Indeed, verbal bullying includes cyber bullying by sending cruel texts or posting insults about a person on social media.

Bullies cause problems. Studies show that those who are badly treated are subject to mental health problems such as stress, depression, or anxiety. Furthermore, they may also think more about suicide. Bullying is violence. As reported, 1 out of 4 elementary school bullies will have a criminal record by the age of 30.
