• 450 gr ground beef
• 1 tbsp mustard
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 50 gr crumbled blue cheese
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp vvater
• Salt
• Ground black pepper
• Burger buns

Steps:
1. Mix mustard, ground beef, vvater, garlic, onions, blue cheese, egg, and a pinch of salt and pepper, into a large bovvl.
2. Form into patties 1 1/4 cm thick. Cool them.
3. Flavor patties vvith pepper and salt.
4. Grill the patties on a grate for 5 minutes each side. Don't push them dovvn vvhile grilling.
5. Slice buns and slip the patties in.
6. Garnish burgers vvith lettuce and mayonnaise. Enjoy your burger!
