Steps:

3. Saute chiles with the oil from the garlic for 30 seconds only; avoid burning. Then put it together with the garlic into the bowl.
4. Heat the oil to high level, fry the shrimp for a few minutes until it becomes pink. Put it into the bowl with the garlic and chiles.
5. Put the spaghetti into the bowl with garlic, chiles, shrimp and oil. Scatter with black pepper and salt.
6. Serve the spaghetti with grated parmesan and a little lemon or lime juice.
