• 2 large eggs 
• 4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips 
• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 
Directions: 
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla at medium speed until well blended. Blend in 2 eggs. Stir in chocolate chips then pour batter into graham cracker crumbs. You may sprinkle 1/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips on top if you desire. Bake at 170°C for 40 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Cool. For the best results refrigerate it for 3 hours.
