Among all, I think part three is the best part of the book. It helps a teen to be an advanced organizer, strengthen working mentors, increase emotional control and boost flexibility. Moreover, the authors help us identify problem behaviour, define the goal, establish a way to show progress and then create a plan for achieving the goal. Overall, this book is great. I highly recommend it
